Introducing your new Operator

First of all, we'd like to thank all of our customers for your continued support of Broadway Leisure Centre. 

We're delighted to have played our part in supporting your health and well-being over the past two years after we stepped in on behalf of our partner Manchester City Council to turn the centre into a safe and sustainable facility and operating it until such time as a decision on its long-term future was made.

At the end of March 2025 our contract to operate Broadway Leisure Centre is coming to an end. This means there will be some changes taking place and the management of the centre will be Manchester Community Leisure Services, who operate Withington Baths. 

All health and fitness members and lessons and courses customers will be contacted by us direct with information about the transfer of your membership to the new operator and your option.  

Better will continue to be the provider until 31st March - and will continue to collect your regular Direct Debit payments during this period.   

Please note: All of our other centres in Manchester will continue to be operated by us here at Better - so there will be no change for members based at these centres.
