East Manchester's Employee of the Month

At East Manchester Leisure Centre we love to celebrate our members of staff, so each month we nominate our stand out staff member and reward them with gift vouchers. 

The employee of the month award is nominated by all the staff at the centre and is based on work ethic, attitude, professionalism, just all the things you would exoect from a model employee. 

Erica Brotherton won February's Employee of the month. Erica helped us to achieve an excellent score on our recent mystery visit. Some fo the feedback recieved was as follows:

"Erica was a very helpful member of staff at the reception desk. She went out of her way to tell me all about the different memberships in great detail. I appreciated it a lot. I thought she went above and beyond"
