This junior membership for under 18s offers children aged 11-17 access to every junior gym session and junior fitness class here and at our other leisure centres in Manchester. These junior sessions are for everyone and help kids learn how to use their local gym in a fun, supportive environment, with instructors on hand to offer advice and encouragement.

Our Junior Gym sessions are designed for children aged 11-17, allowing them to workout at designated times after school and at weekends.
A fitness instructor will always be present during the session to provide supervision, guidance, advice on how to use the equipment safely and effectively, plus answer any questions. Sessions run:
Monday - Friday: 15:30 - 18:00
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 - 12:00
Pre-booking is required.
JUNIOR INDUCTION
To ensure the safety of all junior members, we provide a Junior Gym induction led by one of our qualified fitness instructors.
During the induction we'll show them how to use the equipment safely and effectively and how to perform exercises.
All juniors must book this induction prior to their first Junior Gym session.
Our Junior Gym Inductions take place during Junior Gym times.
ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM
Alongside our classes and sessions, we also offer adult and junior gym sessions where you can work out with your child. Like our other gym workout sessions, these give you and your child the chance to boost your fitness in the gym and use a range of equipment.
While adults take full responsibility for any children aged 11-17 in these sessions, our expert Fitness Instructors can be on hand to support.
