Broadway Leisure Centre is proud to host a changing places facility, both for users of the centre and the wider community. It is located in the entrance to our pool hall, but please ask a member of the team if you are unsure. 

Toilet: Centrally placed, peninsular toilet with room either side for a wheelchair user. With rails in place to support transition while seated.

Shower: A large space with a detachable head our shower will ensure that users of this room can have a shower without any restrictions.

Space: Big enough to provide adequate space for the user to turn and room for two carers.

Access throughout the centre can be achieved step-free, with ramp access at the front of the building providing access to our facility.

Broadway Leisure Centre is home to a number of larger changing cabins in the main changing rooms which can support families/carers with getting ready for their swimming session and storing of belongings. These cubicles are large enough to ensure that users and carers are able to get ready without worrying about the space surrounding them.
