Following our fantastic refurbishment you can now work out on over 30 new gym stations, from cardio to resistance. All areas have the most up-to-date Technogym equipment. You'll find new flooring, new lighting and redecoration too; all giving a fresh new look and feel.

Our friendly fitness instructors are on hand to guide you through your workout and offer advice if required.

GYM INDUCTIONS & REFOCUS SESSIONS

If you're new to the gym you might wish to consider a gym induction.

Your induction starts with a 1:1 chat with one of our qualified Fitness Instructors, who will help tailor a bespoke gym programme based on your specific goals to help you achieve the results you desire.

You'll also be introduced to our range of equipment and machines to make you feel comfortable. Our gym floor is always staffed and our fitness instructors are happy to help you with any queries or support.

Our Fitness Instructors will work with you to design a dedicated programme to suit your fitness goals, ability and what you want to achieve.

Our refocus sessions are developed specially to refresh your workout programme every six weeks so you get the most out of your workouts.
