Welcome to Better Gym Walthamstow Stadium, a modern fitness facility located within the iconic Walthamstow Stadium dog track. The spacious gym has 100+ fitness stations across cardio, functional, strength and resistance zones.  Our functional fitness zone includes a functional frame featuring which includes boxing bag frame, dumbbells, battle ropes, TRX ropes, mini hurdles and plyometric boxes for dynamic training sessions. Our strength area has dumbbells ranging between 2kg and 50kg, several plate loaded machines and a gym sled on a 23m track.  Our dedicated fitness studio hosts over 40 classes per week including Aerobics, Boxfit, Zumba and Yoga as well as Wexer virtual classes, which run seven days a week, offering a variety of levels so you can work out when it suits you.  Our energetic Fitness Instructors will put you through your paces in our dedicated Group Cycle studio. With great value for money, our memberships offer gym and fitness classes, at one price and with no contract.
