A mixture of badminton, table tennis and tennis, this fun sport is increasingly popular across the UK. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a curious newcomer, our courts are open for everyone, so why not come along and see what it is all about?
Pickleball sessions take place in the sports hall on the existing badminton courts but with a net, similar in size to a tennis net. Courts are available to book in the usual way; online or via the Better UK app, for 2 players for 40 or 60 minute sessions. Members and non-members alike are welcome to get involved, so why not give it a try and book a court today?
The courts are located in the sports hall and if you don’t have your own Pickleball bats and balls, they can be hired from Reception on arrival. (Don’t forget we are a cashless facility!) Our sessions are based on 2 players, but as Pickleball can be played with up to 4 players, any additional players will pay an additional £2.25 entrance fee each, on arrival at the centre.
Our Better Health UK members can now book Pickleball using their daily racket voucher allowance. Note that the equipment hire charge however is still payable.
