We're committed to inspiring a passion for fitness in the next generation and believe it's never too early to start. With our Junior Gym membership, children aged 11-17 can join the gym and attend our fitness classes at allocated time slots. With a variety of activities to choose from, there's something for every level of ability.
Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are designed for children aged 11-17 and allow them to workout at designated timeslots. To participate, pre-booking is required either online or through the app. A fitness instructor will be present during the session to provide supervision, guidance, and answer any questions.
Days and times available:
- Monday to Friday: 3.30pm-5.30pm
- Saturday: 9am-12pm
- Sunday: 2pm-5pm
Adult and Junior Gym
Our Adult and Junior gym sessions offer a great opportunity for families to stay active and spend quality time together. To encourage younger members to exercise, pre-paid adult members can bring a junior aged 11 to 17 with them at no extra cost during these sessions. Adults are responsible for continuously supervising juniors during the entire duration of these sessions.
Days and times available:
- Monday to Friday: 5:30am-5:30pm
- Saturday: 7am-8pm
- Sunday: 7am-8pm
Junior Induction
To ensure the safety of all junior members, we provide a Junior Gym Induction led by a qualified fitness instructor who will show them how to properly use the equipment and perform exercises. All juniors must book this induction prior to their first Junior Gym session.
Days and times available:
- Monday-Friday: 3.30pm - 5.30pm
*All juniors are allowed to use most of the gym equipment, excluding free weights.
Junior Fitness Classes
Get fit and have fun with friends. Our junior fitness classes provide a great workout experience for young people aged 11 to 17. With structured exercise programs and a knowledgeable fitness instructor, these classes are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Choose from Cardio and Strength & Conditioning classes that you can easily book in advance through our app or online. Get ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and make fitness a blast!
Cardio Junior
These classes are designed to boost cardiovascular health and take your fitness to the next level. Get ready to sweat as you work the cardiovascular machines, such as treadmills and rowing machines, and push yourself with high-intensity bodyweight exercises.
Days and times: Monday & Friday, 4pm-4.45pm
Strength and Conditioning Junior
This class combines functional movements and athletic drills to help you develop both strength and agility. You'll learn the proper technique of fundamental exercises and finish with a thrilling circuit that will leave you feeling empowered and energized.
