Swimming is a great form of exercise that improves overall fitness and endurance, whilst being low impact on the joints! We offer a variety of sessions across our 2 swimming pools, ranging from family fun sessions in our teaching pool to Swim for Fitness in our main 25m pool.
Aqua Aerobics
Come and join us for Aqua Aerobics led by our amazing instructors in the main swimming pool. Not only is this a fun way to get fit, but you also get the opportunity to meet plenty of like-minded people with similiar fitness goals.
Adult Swimming Lessons
We offer Adult Swimming Lessons in our main pool and these are aimed at adults who are either looking to learn to swim, improve their technique, or train for an event. Our specialised teachers will work with you to help maximise your swimming potential and reach your fitness goals.
Swim for All
We offer several Swim for All sessions each day in our main swimming pool. These sessions offer a relaxed environment where you can swim socially with friends, practice your technique, and improve your overall fitness levels.
Swim for Fitness
Our Swim for Fitness sessions are held in our main 25m swimming pool at regular times throughout each day. These sessions are suitable for those looking to improve their fitness, endurance and technique through lane swimming. We have 3 lanes that vary in speed from slower to faster, so you can move at your own pace.
Aqua Splash
Did you know we host Family fun Swim sessions in our teaching pool? We also have fun slides and a bubbe pool area to make the experience even more memorable. Next time you're looking for an activity for the whole family to enjoy, come and join us for some family fun.
Aqua Play
Our Aqua Play sessions are perfect for a fun family swim, this session is ideal for family with chilren aged 8 & under, or just simple way to enjoy a more casual swim with your family and friends. This session takes place in our Training Pool.
