At Better, we pride ourselves on making our services fully accessible as we believe everyone has the right to be active! That is why we provide inclusive sessions for all to take part in. We also make sure our swimming pools are fully accessible via a pool pod lift and accessible changing facilities are available too.
We run an Inclusive Multi-Sports session which allows everyone to participate in different sports and focus on building relationships and developing fitness skills. This session is inclusive of those with disabilities.

We host Inclusive Tennis sessions which have been designed to be accessible to those with disabilities and other complex needs who are looking to get active and meet new people.
Youth Inclusive Tennis: Thursday 5-6pm - for youth with Downs Syndrome
Wheelchair Tennis: Thursday 6-7pm - or adult wheelchair users
Youth Inclusive Tennis: Saturday 12:15-1:15 - designed by charity 'Sense' for youth with complex needs
