Swim for All & Family Fun Swim
Swim for All sessions are great for developing confidence in the water, working on your strokes, or simply unwinding with friends and family.
For added fun and excitement, our Family Fun Swim sessions include the use of our all pools and water slides. Please note: only children 5+ are permitted to use the slide.

Junior Gym
Here at East Ham Leisure Centre, we emphasise the importance of a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle. Our Junior Gym sessions are for juniors aged between 11-17 years old. It is necessary for for juniors to book an induction after signing up to the Junior membership and prior to attending their first session.
Sessions are 1 hour long and take place everyday.

During the school holidays we have additional Junior Gym sessions.

Intensive Swimming Crash Course
Empower your child's aquatic journey with our Intensive Swimming Crash Course. Our daily 30-minute lessons are expertly crafted to encourage water confidence and essential swimming skills in a short amount of time.
We offer sessions tailored for complete beginners, as well as top-up classes for those already enrolled into betters in Better's Swim School.

Inclusive Multi-Sports
Our inclusive sessions are suited for all abilities to come along and get involved in sports. We have a range of multi-sports on offer!
