BBC help Mary Celebrate 95th Birthday in Style

It's not every day you get to celebrate with the assistance of a BBC film crew, but that is exactly what local user Mary Marson experienced during her 95th Birthday celebrations. 

Mary has been a keen user of the Centre for many years however developing a passion for Zumba in 2017. Attending 3 classes per week since then has fueled her desire to remain active and keep fit. 

Surrounded by her fellow Zumba attendees and instructors, Mary danced and laughed her way through the class. Her enthusiasm really is contagious!

Topaz White, Group Exercise Instructor has said “Mary our She-ro has always been our inspiration! Her continuing participation in our classes shows us all that exercise is the key to longevity of life! #BeMoreMary”. 

And it would not have been a true celebration without cake!
