Gym
Our gym is kitted out with high performance Life Fitness equipment, this includes cardiovascular machines to a full range of fixed resistance equipment as well as a free weights and stretching area.
Swimming Pools
Whether it’s a casual swim, swimming lessons for Children & Adults or a way to keep healthy and active during the day, our 25m 6 lane Main Pool and our 16.7m Learner Pool are perfect for all of the family to get involved and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Group Cycle Zone
We have a dedicated group cycle zone. Our newly upgraded studio will ensure an amazing work out experience for our members with high performance bikes, lighting & visual effects and technology that will motivate you to move.
Studios
Our spacious fitness studio hosts a range of fitness classes and is fully equipped with steps, weights, balls, mats for members to enjoy and get the best from their workout.
Café
Our Café is part of the Healthier Catering Commitment Scheme and offers a large range of healthy snacks and drinks. Whether it’s for a wind-down after a workout, or to grab a quick coffee whist the children do swimming lessons we have something for everyone. Our cafe offers free Wi-Fi and has a large seating area.
