Our Better Health and Fitness Junior membership† is designed to help youngsters get off to a great start, at a competitive price. Your child will enjoy access to every swimming pool, the junior gym and junior fitness class in their local area, as well as discounts of up to 30% on a range of other activities.
During the Summer Holidays, Junior members will be able to use the Fitness Centre on a daily basis during the hours of:
Weekdays
Monday – Friday: 10:00–12:00 and 15:30–17:30
Weekends
Saturday & Sunday: 12:30–14:30
All Junior Gym users must complete an induction before attendining ther first session

Strength and Conditoning
Get stronger and sculpt. These sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises using equipment and your own body weight
Cardio
Stay energised for longer. Using your own bodyweight and equipment, this class will increase your energy levels and help you exercise for longer, as well as improving your overall fitness levels
Group Cycle
Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline - based classes. Better for lower body strength and conditioning
ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM
Calling all members and non members with children! Would you like to bring along your child to train with you in the gym?
Our 'Adult and Junior Gym’ session are for adult members where they can bring along their child (maximum one child per adult) at no extra charge and support/supervise them during their workout. The reservation must be made by the adult who books the ‘adult and junior gym’ session with their membership (or pays as a non member). The junior does not need to be booked into the session but must be supervised and accompanied at all times.
Session Days:
Weekends: 11:30-12:30pm
Times: Sessions bookable every 10 minutes (50 minutes per booking)
Price: Adult Non Member £12, Junior Non Member £0
Booking: Book your session up to 7 days in advance, via our Better UK app or online
Supervision: Please note that the adult/parent must actively supervise child at all times and takes responsibility for the child’s conduct and safe use of machines. Only children between 11-17yrs are permitted in the session and it is limited to one child per one supervising adult. If an adult is found to not be supervising or the child is misusing gym equipment or misbehaving then both parties may be asked to leave
