Join us for the UK’s biggest celebration of health and fitness, National Fitness Day!
This year we celebrate National Fitness Day on Wednesday 20th September 2023, come down and celebrate with us at Kensington Leisure Centre.
The most active day of the year, held annually, this day is for uniting people from all walks of life for their love of fitness and healthier lifestyles.
Fitness gives us mental strength as well as physical strength; it can make you happier, improve your sleep, and help you switch off, connect with other people, raise your energy levels and increase your productivity. Your health is important and by taking part in physical activity, your physical, mental and social wellbeing will benefit.

At Kensington Leisure Centre come and join us for the following…
6:15pm-7pm Cardio class in reception with Jeff and Nikita
7-8pm Group cycle with Marco
Free for members and non - members please book via the Better app.
