What is Junior Gym?
Junior gym is a time where children aged between 11 and 17 can use the gym, to help them begin or maintain a health lifestyle from an early age. A fitness instructor will be present to ensure that safe practices are being carried out.
All juniors are required to attend an induction with a Fitness Instructor before their first session.
Junior Gym Sessions at Chelsea Sports Centre are 4pm-6pm Monday-Friday, 2pm-4pm at weekends and 10am-12pm during school holidays.

Adult & Junior Gym
Alongside our classes and sessions for under 18s, we also run adult and junior gym sessions where you can work out with your child. Like our other gym workout sessions, these give you and your child the chance to boost your fitness in the gym and use a range of equipment. While adults take full responsibility for any children aged 11-17 in these sessions, our expert Fitness Instructors are always on hand to help.
