Schools Football
The Islington Football Development Partnership supports schools football in a variety of ways. As well as holding annual tournaments for all of Islington’s Primary Schools, from Years 2 to Year 6, we also support inter-school competitions for years 7, 8 and 9 at secondary level.
The Primary Schools Cups are held in the autumn term for both boys and girls, in years 5 and 6. The IFDP also support the Primary School's League with pitch bookings.
The IFDP offer coaching staff to run in-school, after-school and lunchtime sessions, either as school clubs or curriculum delivery or cover.
The IFDP runs a Secondary Schools Girls league in the spring term.
The IFDP also supports and organises trials for various district representative sides and provides some of the coaching staff for these school and district representative teams. www.facebook/islingtonand camden schools football/
The IFDP also offer coach mentoring and development for coaches and school staff that organise and run school based opportunities.
