Power Pump
Do you want a stronger and more sculpted body? Our Strength & Conditioning fitness classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner. Get better strength and master the fundamentals of training by learning how to squat, deadlift shoulder press and many more. All our instructors will ensure that each participant is coached in the correct way and is performing the exercise how they should in order to prevent any injuries and maximise your results.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Tone up and feel good at a Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) class. Packed full of moves that will put your lower body to work, helping you strengthen those muscles when performing your squats and lunges, stomach crunches and back raises to improve your core stability and strength. On the plus side? You get to meet a bunch of new people, work out your whole body to the music and de-stress and get yourself on a routine to help you reach your goals.
