Adult Health Walks

 

Join us for a beautiful scenic walk around the lovely village of Pinner and its surrounds. Walks start and finish at Better Gym Pinner where complimentary teas and coffees will be available. Routes pass through stunning woods, streams, fields and through the heart of Pinner village.

These walks are a great way to get out and get some fresh air in a friendly controlled group environment; with a real emphasis on social connection and environmental awareness.

*Whilst the routes will be at a comfortable pace they do pass through step stiles*

*First 10 customers will get a fantastic Better welcome pack; including an exclusive Better Gym Pinner bobble hat).*

  • 11:45-12:30 Walk
  •  11:30-12:00 Tea and Coffees
  • 12:30-13:00 Tea and Coffees
  •  (Why not join us straight afterwards for Yoga Basics at 12:00?)
  • (Why not join us just before for Pilates at 10:30-11:30?)

 

What To Bring

  • Make sure you bring weather suitable clothing (e.g. waterproofs, warm hats)
  • Water
  • Comfy durable shoes- Parts of the route will be muddy
