Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are designed for children aged 11-17 and allow them to workout at designated timeslots. To participate, pre-booking is required either online or through the app. A staff member will be present during the session to provide supervision, guidance, and answer any questions.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30pm-6pm
Saturday and Sunday 11am-12pm
Junior Gym Inductions
To ensure the safety of all junior members, we provide a Junior Gym Induction led by a qualified fitness instructor, who will show them how to properly use the equipment and perform exercises. All juniors must book this induction prior to their first Junior Gym session.

Adult & Child Gym (11-17yrs)
Calling all gym members with children! Would you like to bring along your child to train with you in the gym for free? Our 'Adult and Junior Gym' sessions allow any pre-paid adult to bring a child to the gym with them for free. The reservation must be made by the child who books the 'Adult and Junior Gym' session with their membership.
Session Days & Times: Everyday - morning and evening sessions.
Supervision: Please note that the adult/parent must actively supervise the child at all times and takes responsibility for the child's conduct and safe use of machines. Only children between 11-17yrs are permitted in the session, and it is limited to one child per one supervising adult. If an adult is not supervising the child or the child misuses the gym equipment or misbehaves, both parties may be asked to leave.

Junior Gym Rules
Juniors wishing to attend Junior Gym will require a booking for each slot. Juniors are required to vacate the gym when the sessions finish and are not able to stay outside these dedicated sessions.
Juniors will have access to the majority of gym equipment including:
- Cardio machines (treadmills, cross-trainers, upright bikes, spin bikes, recumbent bikes, ARC Trainers, & rowing machines)
- Resistance machines* (chest press, chest fly, lateral row, cables pulley machines, leg press, hip adductor, hip abductor, lat pull down, shoulder press, leg extension, hamstring curl, & assisted chin-up)
- Functional Area* (TRX ropes, kettle bells, bosu balls, skipping ropes, steps, slam balls, battle rope, plyo boxes, small free weights)
Juniors are not able to access the free weights area.
*Juniors are required to use the lightest weight plates when using the resistance machines, as well as under 10kg dumbbells in the functional area.
