Swimming
Swimming is a great way to stay active as well as socialise.
We have 2 types of sessions available throughout the week.
Swim For Fitness
These sessions are typically set up in lane format.
When we are offering school lessons during the week there is always a lane available for fitness swimming to take place.
Our staff will be more than happy to advise when the quieter times to swim are.
Swim For All
Swim for all sessions are session available for adults and children to have fun in the pool. Session run at the weekends in both the Main pool and the Teaching pool. Quieter sessions are available during the day during the week for smaller children to attend.
