Rise Gymnastics Lessons

In a warm and welcoming environment your child will learn the fundamental skills with our Rise Gymnastics programme. Aiming to develop your child's agility, balance, coordination and more, as well as encouraging children to develop naturally in our activity focused sessions.

Suitable for children of all ages, the fun packed programme provides gymnasts with an immersive creative experience based on achieving results at their own pace whilst building key foundation skills. Promoting emotional and physical development gymnastics is an amazing sport, whilst the Rise programme with help your child stay motivated by achieving goals regularly with a range of medals and opportunities to reward achievement.

Stay and Play Session Gymnastics 0-4 years

Our Gymnastics Stay and Play sessions are the perfect environment for your babies and toddlers (Up to 4 years) to enjoy our gymnastics equipment, bouncy castle (Bi-weekly), Soft Play equipment, hand apparatus and learn basic gymnastics skills with our pre-school gymnastics coaches. Each session we will encourage your child to roll, jump and balance. We also include songs, games and basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls and handstands.

Days and Times: Tuesday 9.30am-10.45am & 10.45am-12.00pm / Wednesday 9.45am- 11am & 11.00am-12.15pm / Friday 09.30am-10.45am

Adult Gymnastics Lessons

Our adult gymnastics classes offer a wide range of physical activities. Gymnastics will improve performance in any other sport, as well as improving overall fitness, flexibility, coordination and functional strength to a level that most people never attain. This is a great sport that stimulates every muscle in your body.

Pre School Holiday Workshops 3 & 4 years

A Gymnastics Holiday workshop for children aged 3-4 Years. During the one hour session participants will play Gymnastics fun based games and improve fundamental skills such as rolling, handstands, cartwheels and jumping.

Please note that children must bring a water bottle

Holiday Workshop 5-15 Years

A Gymnastics Holiday workshop for children aged 5-15 Years. This is a two hour intensive Gymnastics lesson where by fundamental skills are taught including handstands, cartwheels, round offs handsprings and much more.

Gymnasts attending the workshop will use a variety of equipment during the session and play Gymnastics based games. Please note that children must bring a water bottle and it is advised that children bring a healthy snack.
