Our Basics class still help to train strength and fitness but at a pace that suits you. This way, you can gradually build confidence as well as learn the foundations to get moving and boost your overall fitness.
We also have a range of other classes that are suitable for customers of all ages anad abilities. Our instructors are trained to ensure that adapatations are made to ensure that everybody benefits from our classes.
