Are you Looking to meet new people as well as staying active? Our gym offers a range of equipment including IFI equipment to ensure we tailor to the whole community. We also have disabled parking spaces next to our front doors with wheelchair access to the gym.
Carer's are permitted to be in the gym without needing to book, but canno't use any of the equipment.
Whether you're a senior, beginner, or just coming back to fitness after a break, we've got what you need! Our variety of fitness classes are suitable to a wide range of individuals. We also offer easy access to our studio.
Carer's are permitted to be in the class to support without needing to book, but cannot participate in the class themselves.
Our gym inductions are specially tailored to everyone’s needs, including our inclusive members. If you need support to get back into fitness, we can help! You can even book as many as you wish to help boost your confidence in the gym. Our qualified fitness instructors will support and guide you with useful exercises as well as the safe use of the equipment in the gym. We also offer a range of inductions to support your needs. Whether it be a basic induction or a full total induction, we can support your fitness journey!
Our Gym has 2 disabled parking spaces with wheelchair accessibility, plus a Technogym Top Excite arm bike with a removable chair to allow a mounted wheelchair
