Junior Gym
Our junior gym sessions are for 11-17 year olds and are a great introduction and starting point to fitness. They will have the chance to enjoy the gym, meet new juniors and get fit in a safe, friendly environment.
Junior Gym sessions availability:
Monday to Friday 16:00-18:00
Saturdays 09:00-13:00
Sundays 12:00-16:00
School Holidays
Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00
Saturdays 09:00-13:00

Junior Induction
To ensure the safety of junior members, all new juniors must have a gym induction prior to their first gym session which is led by a qualified fitness instructor who will show them how to correctly use the equipment and perform exercises.
Inductions are 30 minutes and will cover all the health and safety information for using the gym.

Junior Fitness Classes
Strengthen and condition your whole body in our Junior Strength & Conditioning class. This class is a combination of functional movements and athletic drills in a circuit style set up to help improve overall physical fitness, performance, build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Try our Junior Strength & Conditioning class every Thursdays at 5pm. The class can be booked via the BetterUK app under Fitness classes or click below:
Adult & Junior Gym Sessions
We now have Adult & Junior gym sessions available!
Adult and junior gym sessions give the opportunity for prepaid adult members to bring a child aged 11-17 years to the gym with them outside of normal junior times.
The booking must be made by an adult who books the Adult and Junior gym session with their membership. Juniors must be actively supervised by the adults at all times if aged 11-15 and are not permitted to use resistance machines in these sessions.
Sessions are available:
Thursdays & Fridays - 17:30-19:30
Saturdays - 13:00-15:00
Sundays - 10:00-12:00
