Group Cycle, HIIT & Boxfit
If working up a sweat outside while overlooking over an Olympic size swimming pool sounds inviting to you then come and try one of our high energetic 45 minute spin classes. Whether you are a beginner or a dedicated 'spinner' we challenge you to take part in one of the outdoor group cycle classes.
We also have HIIT and Boxfit classes that will challenge you and have your heart rate elevated in no time as you move through a range of different movements at your own pace. Increase your stamina and burn calories during intense, but fun workouts.
Strength & Conditioning
Body conditioning, Power Pump, Kettlebells & Core Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning classes includes a mixture of circuit training, cardio drills, body weight exercises and core movements that will have you seeing and feeling great after just one class. You will be using a combination of equipment and your own body weight to create resistance along with isolation movements to improve your strength, heart rate, tone muscle, shed fat and burn calories - all packed into one workout!
