If you've always been interested in working out at the gym but just need that added bit of confidence, then why not come along during our supervised functional fitness gym session with Pat.
This is a strength and conditioning gym based workout in an enjoyable group setting, where you will have the chance to engage with our fitness instructor. They will give advice on techniques and explanations of the benefits of different machines and exercises as well fill you with confidence when performing exercises. So if you've always wanted to go to the gym then this is the class for you.
Looking for a workout that will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as giving you that full body well-rounded physical fitness? This is an exciting body conditioning class that combines low impact aerobic cardio, floor work, weights and toning exercises for a full-on workout for seniors.
You're guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.
Our swim for fitness and swim for all session’s are both fun and are great for achieving that all over body workout with the low impact benefit making it suitable for all swimming abilities.
Our Swim for Fitness sessions take place in slow, medium and fast lanes so you can take things at your own pace.
Swimming is available daily from 06:30-21:00 during the week and 08:00-16:00 at weekends.

What better way to unwind after your senior fitness class than in our friendly and welcoming reception area with comfortable sofas, tables, chairs, and tea/coffee.
We have a wide range of snacks and hot drinks to choose from whilst you socialise with friends and other club members. There is also free Wi-Fi and TVs to watch if you fancy catching up with daily news.
Our tea and coffee get-togethers give our club members the chance socialise after their afternoon fitness classes and unwind after their hard work. What is even better you can grab yourself a £2 coffee! Just ask the instructor for a “coffee token”
