Albany Leisure Centre on Hertford Road in Enfield brings together a gym space, swimming and fitness classes all in one spot. Our gym has everything you need to keep your workouts varied, while the 25-metre pool is great for lane swimming and the teaching pool hosts swimming lessons and aqua classes. After a workout, relax in the sauna or steam room. We run HIIT, group cycle, yoga, Pilates, strength and conditioning, circuits and dance fitness classes, with aqua sessions and Pilates among the most popular. There are women-only classes, sessions for over-50s and junior fitness programmes for younger members. Working alongside Enfield Council and the NHS, we help local schools and residents stay active.
