Southbury Leisure Centre on Southbury Road serves Enfield with a large gym that covers cardio and weights, plus an eight-lane 25-metre pool for lane swimming and aqua aerobics alongside a teaching pool for lessons. The sports hall has badminton, basketball and pickleball, while outdoor pitches and a 3G artificial turf pitch bring football and other sports to the mix. Group cycle, yoga, Pilates, boxfit, barre and dance fitness classes fill the studios daily, with Les Mills programmes included. There's also circuits and strength conditioning for those focused on building strength. After training, relax in the sauna or steam room. Soft play keeps younger visitors entertained, and we run junior fitness classes plus over-50s sessions.
