Whether you're an experienced gym-goer or a complete beginner, you must complete an induction with one of our highly qualified fitness instructors before using the gym. Depending on your experience, the session may take 15 minutes for a quick overview or up to an hour for a full induction. This is also a great chance to learn about other activities offered at the centre that could support your fitness goals.
