At Better South Norwood Leisure Centre we offer a variety of facilities and activities including a 25m swimming pool, a training pool, 32 station gym, and a sprung floor studio running 30 classes per week. Our gym has a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment plus free weights to really get the most out of your workout.
