Our Mind and Body Basics classes offer something for everyone. If your looking to improve mobility or incorporate time for helping you to relax and reflect, then our selection of classes will help provide a great option for all.
Pilates - Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on concentration and muscle control, to build a revived and resilient you. Pliates takes place on Thursdays at 9:30am.
Yoga - Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility and a peaceful state of mind. From energetic routines to slow, serene sequences, Yoga classes balance movement and meditation to help you feel better inside and out. Yoga takes place on Monday at 12.30pm
