PICKLEBALL AT TALACRE

Pickleball sessions take place in the sports hall on the existing badminton courts but with a net, similar in size to a tennis net.  Courts are available to book in the usual way; online or via the Better UK app, for 2 players for 40 or 60 minute sessions.  Members and non-members alike are welcome to get involved, so why not give it a try and book a court today?

What do I need to know?

The courts are located in the sports hall and if you don’t have your own Pickleball bats and balls, they can be hired for £10 from Reception on arrival. (Don’t forget we are a cashless facility!) Our sessions are based on 2 players, but as Pickleball can be played with up to 4 players, any additional players will pay an additional £2 entrance fee each, on arrival at the centre.  Costs for 40 and 60-minute bookings are £12.85 for members, £18.80 for non-members and £8.99 if a concessionary rate applies to you.

Our Better Health UK members can now book Pickleball using their daily racket voucher allowance. Note that the equipment hire charge however is still payable.
