Senior Activities
Our senior programme is designed to enhance physical and mental wellbeing, and it also offers the ideal social environment to relax and chat with friends before, during and after activities.
It is worth noting that we have a timetable dedicated for those over the age of 60 (at the bottom of this page) and we also have a wider programme for all adults to enjoy. Many of the classes in the wider programme are also enjoyed by our older adult members with Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics and Tai Chi amongst the most popular in the community!
