Chimoi
Chimoi’s passion for fitness began as a child growing up in Chicago and having the privilege to play several sports from American football, soccer and basketball. He went from playing sports to coaching in schools (primary schools, high schools, colleges and university) while gaining his fitness qualifications and going on to work in a number of high end gyms as a fitness instructor. With over a decade of experience working in the fitness industry, training with Chimoi you will benefit from encouragement, motivation and guidance in each session.
Jess F
Jess F is one of our Elevate HIIT and Elevate Cycle coaches and is extremely passionate about getting people moving, exercising and enjoying it. She's a strong believer in mixing up your workouts - something the Elevate HIIT classes are excellent at! Jess is fascinated by anatomy, so her goal is to tailor the workouts work for everyone regardless of their fitness level and make you feel good in not just your body but also your mind. Jess is also a qualified yoga instructor and is training to be a personal trainer and mat Pilates instructor.
Remi
Remi has been in the fitness industry for 14 years working as a freelance Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and now Elevate HIIT coach. He attended East Durham College where he was a member of the basketball and football academy so he knows the importance of consistency and determination. If you are looking for good vibes, positive energy and a great workout all in one, then Remi's class is the place to be. One of Remi's favourite quotes is "We are what we repeatedly do; Excellence then, is not an act but a habit" Aristotle.
Vicky
Vicky, a passionate Elevate HIIT coach, has been active since childhood, enjoying dance and various workouts. Influenced by insightful trainers during her teens, she explored CrossFit, aerobics, and competitive dance. Holding a degree in Physical Education and Sport, Vicky became a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Driven by her personal journey with Graves disease, she's dedicated to inspiring others to embrace fitness for better body performance and well-being. Her mantra to clients is, "Find what you like and do more of it."
Matt
Matt started as a fitness coach over 10 years ago, working with a range of clients from everyday gym users, newbies, athletes, schools and businesses as a contractor. He has always maintained his fitness, physique and overall health and wellbeing coming from an athletic background having sprinted as a Belgrave Harriers athlete in 100 and 200m events. He takes on regular outdoor challenges such as the Spartan race, 10k runs and other competitions to maintain top performance levels. He loves helping people stay active, reach their goals and influence their mind set to maintaining regular exercise. You will see Matt around the centre regularly either putting your through your paces in the studio or answering any questions you might have and always with a cheeky smile.
Jess O
Jess is one of our talented Elevate Cycle coaches as well as a part time Personal Trainer based in south London. She teaches cycle and strength and conditioning classes in various boutique gyms around London and we are thrilled to have her here on board at King's Cross Fitness. Jess's history with fitness started as a fitness enthusiast turned bikini fitness competitor turned instructor and coach. Her goal is to teach you all to have good technique, to feel strong and most importantly to have fun while getting the most out of your workout.
Mollie
Originally from the USA, Mollie is a personal trainer and health coach here in London. As a Level 3 personal trainer, her studies with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition have been complemented by additional training in mindfulness and life coaching. She is a marathon runner, has climbed Kilimanjaro, and dabbles in triathlons too. Mollie fell in love with indoor cycling in 2008 and became a certified instructor in 2009. She believes that a fantastic selection of music can help Elevate members to feel healthy and happy during her sessions, bringing a joyful balance of fitness and fun.
Justin
Justin is one of our Elevate HIIT coaches and has 10 years experience delivering group exercise classes teaching Bootcamps, Circuits, Ab Blasts, Total Body conditioning and Personal Training. In that time, he has worked with many people of all ethnicities, ages, and fitness abilities. Teaching group classes, Justin has always made sure to make everyone feel included, seen and supported and be mindful and considerate of everyone’s circumstances. Justin is an extremely patient person and not only does he love to build confidence in others, he creates a community environment where his clients can meet like minded people and work out as a team. Justin’s personal fitness journey has mainly been around weight lifting and strength training, but over the past couple of years he has set new goals to improve his functional fitness and training which has allowed him to unlock his body’s full capabilities. Justin can’t wait to work up a sweat with you all and release those endorphins. Let's create a fitness family.
