Swimming at Kentish Town
Swimming is a great all-round exercise, working almost every muscle in your body without putting stress on your joints. So it’s perfect if you want to be more active and stay healthy whatever your age or ability. We try to make our centre as accessible as possible and our Pools have many different sessions that takes place. Some of these sessions are Women’s only, Accessible Swim sessions, School lessons, Aqua classes and swimming lessons for both Children and Adults.
