Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are designed for children aged 11-17 and allow them to workout at designated timeslots. These sessions have been created specifically for under 18s to give them the best start on their fitness journey. To participate, pre-booking is required either online or through the app. A fitness instructor will be present during the session to provide supervision, guidance, and answer any questions as well as give participants a programme of activities to meet their individual goals, including use of cardiovascular and core strength equipment.
Junior Fitness Classes
Strengthen and condition your whole body in one of our Junior Strength & Conditioning classes. These classes are a combination of strength and conditioning classes including circuit training and core conditioning.
This class combines functional movements and athletic drills to help you develop both strength and agility. You'll learn the proper technique of fundamental exercises and finish with a thrilling circuit that will leave you feeling empowered and energized.
Adult and Child Gym
Our Adult and Junior gym sessions offer a great opportunity for families to stay active and spend quality time together. To encourage younger members to exercise, pre-paid adult members can bring a junior aged 11 to 17 with them at no extra cost during these sessions. Adults are responsible for continuously supervising juniors during the entire duration of these sessions.
Junior Memberships

Swimming Lessons
Our engaging children's swim classes take place across the UK for all ages and abilities, at affordable prices at Kentish Town Sports Centre. Not only that, our Swim School helps your child gain confidence and independence in the water while having fun. Whether your child is a complete beginner or you’re looking to help them build their confidence in the pool, our children’s swimming lessons will help them develop key skills that will last a lifetime.
Baby and Parent Swim
Teach your baby to learn to swim with Better swimming lessons at Kentish Town Sports Centre. Our SWIMBiES classes are tailored to children ages 3 months to 4 years, providing a fun syllabus to help you and your child build water confidence that lasts a lifetime.
Kids Swim for a Quid
The Kids Swim for a Quid initiative will available at Kentish Town Sports Centre during all school holidays, where under 16s will be able to swim in our pool during Swim For All sessions for £1, every day until 10am. ‘Swim for All’ sessions are perfect if you’re looking to build your confidence, work on strokes, float away stress, or simply enjoy a casual swim with family and friends. ‘Swim for All’ sessions are suitable for all ages, in pools across Camden.
Swimming Crash Course
Make a splash with our swim school holiday short courses at Kentish Town Sports Centre. They are great for children who are new to swimming or for those wanting to improve on their existing water skills. Our lessons are suitable for children 4 years and over. Teaching the essential swimming skills to ensure they learn to be safe in and around water. These courses cover basic techniques for all 4 strokes if you’re a beginner or improving.
