Whether you want to get your child on the path to a healthy and active lifestyle or you are a Junior wanting to increase your fitness then Kentish Town Sports Centre is the place for you. We're committed to inspiring a passion for fitness in the next generation and believe it's never too early to start. Our Junior Gym memberships for children aged 11-17 years allows them to attend a variety of activities in our centre and across Camden. From our supervised daily Junior Gym sessions to Junior Cardio Fitness Classes, swimming and much more there's something for every level of ability and interest.
Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are designed for children aged 11-17 and allow them to workout at designated timeslots. To participate, pre-booking is required either online or through the app. A fitness instructor will be present during the session to provide supervision, guidance, and answer any questions.

Monday to Friday: 3.30pm-5.30pm
Saturday: 1pm-3pm
Sunday: 2pm-4pm
Half Term Additional Hours
Monday to Friday 11:00-13:00
Junior Inductions
To ensure the safety of all junior members, we provide a Junior Gym Induction led by a qualified fitness instructor who will show them how to properly use the equipment and perform exercises. All juniors must book this induction prior to their first Junior Gym session.

Sunday 2.15pm-3pm
*All juniors are allowed to use most of the gym equipment, excluding free weights
Adult & Junior Gym
Our Adult and Junior gym sessions offer a great opportunity for families to stay active and spend quality time together. To encourage younger members to exercise, pre-paid adult members can bring a junior aged 11 to 17 with them. Adults are responsible for continuously supervising juniors during the entire duration of these sessions.

Saturday: 12-1pm & 3-4pm

Junior Strength & Conditioning
Strengthen and condition your whole body in one of our Junior Strength & Conditioning classes. These classes are a combination of strength and conditioning classes including circuit training and core conditioning. This class combines functional movements and athletic drills to help you develop both strength and agility. You'll learn the proper technique of fundamental exercises and finish with a thrilling circuit that will leave you feeling empowered and energized.

Junior Memberships
Get your child off to a great start to their health and fitness journey with a Better Health Junior membership. This membership will give your child inclusive access to all of the gyms, fitness classes and swimming pools in Camden. Depending on your childs ability would determin which session your child would attend with the options being Swim for all or Swim for fitness. Further information available on our Swimming page. Whether you want to make a one off payment or monthly payment we have a wide range of memberships on offer.
