Our gym has been designed with a glass roof allowing for an abundance of natural light throughout the day to shine through giving the space a warm open feel. Situated on one floor, the gym is separated into different zones. Consisting of recently refurbished Strength and Functional zones & Main gym area which contains a range of of Cardio & resistance machines with further space to stretch. The gym facilities are accessible to everyone as possible in our local community which is why we are so proud to offer a diverse range of gym sessions including, Junior and Women’s only gym.
Main Gym Area
It's important to use a variety of different types of training when working out; using a combination of cardio, strength and functional methods will test different muscles within your body and our Gym in Kentish Town does exactly that. In our Main Gym area there is Cardio Equipment & Resistance Machines that will more than meet your needs

Strength Area
If you’re aiming to improve your strength, our dedicated strength area offers a variety of equipment to make this possible. This includes Squat racks, Hack Squat Machine & Hip thrust machines for Lower Body work outs. Incline, Flat bench, plated chest machine and plated Shoulder for your Push days & Plated Lat pull down machine for your Pull days. Other equipment includes With Dumbbells up to 40kg and Olympic plates as well as Mirafit 2.5kg collars.
Functional Room
This newly refurbished Multi-functional room is used for a variety of exercises as well as Fitness classes on the gym floor. This is a great space to stretch pre or post workout. Equipped with a function frame, TRX, Assault bikes, SkiErgs, Slam balls and many more this space is perfect for your functional needs.
