Swimming Crash Courses at Finchley Lido Leisure Centre

Why learn to swim as an adult?

Swimming is a valuable skill to have and it’s never too late to learn. Our beginners adult swim classes are great for your physical and mental wellbeing too, as well as being a low impact option for those who need to go a little easier on their body.

Dates and times

Finchley Lido Leisure Centre will be offering Adult Crash Courses between the below dates and at the below times:

• Monday 12th - Friday 16th May
• Monday 19th - Friday 23rd May
• Beginners - 1.45pm–2.30pm
• Improvers - 1.45pm–2:30pm

Each crash course will consist of five lessons on consecutive days, lasting 45 minutes per lesson.
