Junior Gym
Junior Gym offers a structured and specifically catered introduction to use of the gym for 11-17 year olds.
Please note, juniors must attend an induction before using the gym.
Juniors aged 11 to 15 are not allowed to use free weights in the gym.
Sessions take place on:
Monday – Friday: 15:45 – 18:15
Weekends: 10:00 – 11:40 and 15:00 - 17:30
Adult & Junior Gym
Adult and junior gym sessions give adult members the opportunity to bring one junior member aged 11-17 years with them. The junior member will need to book into the session and can only do this once they have completed an induction.
Adults will need to actively supervise the junior if aged 11-15.
Sessions take place on:
Monday - Friday: 20:00-21:00
Saturday & Sundays: 10:00 - 12:00 & 15:00 - 17:00
