The main studio is large, with mirrored walls and temperature control, providing the venue for around 40 fitness classes per week ranging from Pilates and Yoga to Extreme Interval Fitness.
The second studio is dedicated to Group Cycle, with around 8 classes per week, again with temperature control and dimmable lighting, to generate a great atmosphere for a high intensity workout.
