Stay active at Barking Sporthouse over the Bank Holidays

As we look forward to the remaining UK Bank Holidays of 2025, we want to let you know that Barking Sporthouse will be open to help you make the most of your time off! While we will be operating with shorter hours, you can still enjoy all of our fantastic activities and facilities. Our opening hours on these bank holidays will be from 8am-5pm.

As a reminder, we have added the remaining Bank Holiday of 2025 below:

• 5th May - Early May bank holiday - Monday
• 26th May - Spring bank holiday - Monday
• 25th August - Summer bank holiday - Monday
• 25th December - Christmas Day - Thursday
• 26th December - Boxing Day - Friday

Whether you're looking for fun with family or squeezing in a workout, we have something for everyone. From our Trampoline Park to exciting Climbing Walls, there’s endless entertainment for all ages. Our Skate Park is perfect for those who want to roll into adventure, while the Soft Play area offers younger guests a safe and enjoyable space to explore.

If you're a fan of sports, try your hand at Badminton or Pickleball, or perhaps challenge yourself with a workout at our well-equipped Gyms or engaging Fitness Classes. And don’t forget to relax afterward at our fantastic café, offering a selection of delicious snacks and beverages.
