We're throwing open our doors with a variety of FREE activities, so bring your friends and family for a day you won't want to miss! At Lee Valley White Water Centre, dive into adventure with free sessions of Explore Kayaking, Explore Paddleboarding and Water Wipeout. These sessions will run at 15:45. We've now added some additional sessions but book now because when they're gone, they're gone!
We've also got Live Music on the Terrace from 6pm in the evening with Vivica Jade performing.
Lee Valley Riding Centre invites you to experience our Equestrian Simulator. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rider, this simulator is perfect for honing your skills in a safe and controlled environment. Free sessions will be available throughout the day, but booking ahead is essential. There is limited availability left, so please book now before it's too late.
The team at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre are offering free Tennis Court hire for Seniors and Carers (holders of our Better Adult Senior, Lee Valley Concessionary and Carers memberships) for 30-minute slots on our outdoor courts starting from 13:00 until 17:00 with all equipment included. There will also be free coached 30 minute Pickleball sessions for adult beginners to come and try out this exciting, beginner-friendly racquet sport from 13:00-17:00. All equipment will be provided.
Over at Lee Valley Athletics Centre, get your heart pumping with free Fitness Classes, including Circuit Training and Zumba. Our newly refurbished facilities, featuring a £688,000 upgrade, are ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. Secure your place in advance to join in the fun.
And at Lee Valley VeloPark, get FREE access to the new indoor and outdoor gym facilities with gym challenges and fitness classes available including Yoga, Zumba and HIIT workouts. You can also try out Pickleball with free equipment and give adrenalin pumping cycling experiences a go from just £1.
