Is equipment included in the gift vouchers for Lee Valley VeloPark?

  • Bike and helmet hire is included in taster sessions only, additional safety equipment maybe required. Bike hire is subject to the individual fitting on our range of bikes safely and comfortably.

  • Cycling and other activities available at Lee Valley VeloPark carry inherent risks. You should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for your own actions and involvement. If you're unsure whether you are able to participate in any activity, or if you have any questions concerning our terms and conditions, your booking form or the safety and risk declaration, please ask a member of staff before you enter into a contract or agree to partake in cycling at Lee Valley VeloPark.

What T&Cs apply to gift vouchers?

- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund is given.

- Gift vouchers cannot be used as part payment, there is no cash valid.

- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable

- Gift vouchers apply specifically to the chosen experience or activity and cannot be amended.

- Gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.

- Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.

- The Recipient of this Voucher must present this Voucher to the Centre’s staff on the day of the booked activity. The Recipient shall be refused participation in the booked activity if the Recipient is unable to produce the original Voucher.

- The Recipient is entitled to book the activity specified on this Voucher only subject to availability and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale which apply in respect of the use of this Voucher are those in force as at the time the relevant activity is booked.

- This Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. This Voucher cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred & is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable

Gift vouchers purchased directly through Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark can be redeemed online.

Once you have purchased a gift voucher, select your activity and add it to your basket. You'll have the option to redeem a gift voucher online.

Third Party Gift Vouchers

If you have purchased a gift voucher for Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark via a third party such as Buy a Gift, Red Letter Days, Into the Blue or Virgin Experiences please email the venue directly (cilck the venue name above to email) with your voucher number and the preferred date/time of your activity and our team will be in touch.
