Brixton Recreation Centre offers a variety of fully heated pools that cater from leisurely lap swim sessions, family fun days, swimming classes and courses including our Better Swim School Programme.
Our pools include:
- 5 x 25 metre lap pool
- 10 x 12 metre teaching pool
- lagoon pool for family fun
Our pool facilties are heated all year round to provide the best bather comfort for all customers. Our lap pool is kept a constant 28-29 degrees and our teaching pool is a warm 30-31 degrees.
Our pool facilities are designed to offer the needs for all of our customers which include recently refurbished female, male and family changing rooms and a viewing gallery.

- Children under 8 must be accompanied by a swimming adult (over 16) at all times. A maximum of 2 under 8's to one adult.
- Swim nappies, Goggles, Costumes & Swim accessories are available to buy at reception.
