Heworth Leisure Centre on High Lanes in Felling brings everything you need for fitness and family swimming just a short walk from Heworth Metro. The gym has cardio machines and free weights to cover all your training, while our pools include a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and lessons, a learner pool and a family splash area. Group cycle classes run in our dedicated studio, alongside HIIT, Pilates, circuits, boxfit and dance fitness sessions all week. Aqua aerobics draws a big crowd here, with plenty of water-based workouts to try. There are swimming lessons available, plus women-only sessions and dedicated SEND swimming times. We partner with the NHS on cardio rehab programmes to support local health and wellbeing.
