Gym Induction

We know that stepping into the gym or attending a workout class for the first time can feel a little intimidating. That’s why we offer a gym induction to help you get started with confidence. A member of our expert gym team will guide you through the equipment, explain how to get the most from your workouts, and ensure you’re using everything safely and effectively.

Junior Gym

Our Junior Gym sessions are designed specifically for 11-15-year-olds, providing a safe and age-appropriate environment where young people can engage in physical activity, learn about fitness, and develop healthy lifestyle habits.

With a Junior Gym Membership, juniors can access the gym during designated Junior Gym times, once they have completed an induction and received their programme card.

Please note, 11-13-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult (aged 16+) at all times while using the gym.
