As a charitable, social enterprise in partnership with Carlisle City Council, we offer first-class leisure and swimming facilities alongside a premier entertainment venue. Our state-of-the-art, 100+ station gym features specialised zones for cardio, strength, and resistance training, as well as a Group Cycle studio. We also have two dedicated Group Exercise studios that host a variety of classes, from Pilates to Combat and Circuits. Swimmers of all levels can enjoy our eight-lane, 25-meter pool, perfect for both fitness and recreational activities. For those looking to improve their skills, we offer adult Swim Doctor sessions.
