The Cleator Moor Activity Centre provides something for everyone with our variety of fitness classes tailored for your Mind and Body, Strength and Conditioning, and Cardio exercise; one way or another you will be able to boost your fitness.
Group Cycle - Cardio
Work up a sweat and feel the burn as you power through a high intensity workout.
Our instructors bring their own style and individual playlists meaning you never know what to expect apart form 45 minutes of sweat inducing cycling.
Love it and hate it at the same time, we are sure you will come back for more.

Pilates – Mind and Body
A relaxing workout that targets the mind along with your core as you feel your stress melt away.
The peaceful music and wide open space helps you relax and focus so much that you can float out of the door.

Body Conditioning – Strength and Conditioning
Learn to swing – a kettlebell as this class works all areas of the body as you jump up, get down and turn around.

This might be Chair Based but it is still sweat inducing as you are worked in way you never thought possible on a chair.
